Returns Policy:
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase upon arrival or if there’s an issue with your order, we accept returns for a full refund within 28 days of receipt. Free return shipping is available for both domestic and international orders made on Amore-Jewellery.com. Shipping fees for expedited services are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original, unworn condition. If any gift items were included with the original purchase, they must also be returned to receive a full refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, had protective packaging removed, or were personalized. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn are also non-returnable. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if items are faulty or not as described.

Exchange Policy:
We do not currently offer exchanges.

For international returns, please allow 4–6 days for your package to arrive.
If you choose to use your own courier service, Amore-Jewellery is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled. For returns using our provided label, keep the postage receipt, as this will be required in case of lost or stolen packages. Amore-Jewellery cannot take responsibility for lost parcels without a valid receipt.

Online Purchases:
All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to fulfill only part of an order or to divide it into multiple shipments for faster delivery. Terms and duration of sales promotions may change at any time, and discounts cannot be applied retroactively. You will be notified via email if any items in your order are unavailable. Each customer is limited to purchasing up to five units per jewelry style, and we reserve the right to restrict quantities further if needed.

Amore-Jewellery accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

All applicable taxes are calculated and applied during checkout. The tax amount displayed in your cart may vary slightly from the final amount, as it’s recalculated at shipment.

Shipping & Delivery:
To ensure secure delivery, all orders are shipped using tracked and signed services.

Within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery (5–7 working days) £3.95 (free on orders over £50)

Express Delivery Terms:
Order by 12 pm Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will arrive the next working day (excluding Bank Holidays). Personalised orders require up to 5 additional days on top of your chosen delivery service.

International Delivery:

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking link.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us at sales@amore-jewellery.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order is submitted, changes may not be possible. If an order cannot be modified, please refer to our return instructions upon receipt.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as payment authorization issues, unavailability of stock, or if the customer does not meet eligibility criteria. Order changes or cancellations will be communicated via email or phone. Additionally, we may limit orders per customer or household, and promotional codes are non-transferable.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes:
For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for all sales taxes or import duties applicable in their country.

Warranty on Products:
Our products come with a one-year warranty covering material or workmanship defects under normal use. Full warranty information is provided in the care booklet accompanying each product.

Faulty Items:
Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect becomes apparent within six months of purchase. Regular wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults.
